I lost my Stumbleupon Toolbar! Now, It’s Back!

Someone chatted with me in Gmail requesting to stumble his great article, and I was eager to do it anyway, so I opened Firefox, since I was using Gmail in Chrome. Surprisingly, Stumbleupon toolbar was gone! I doublechecked View > Toolbars, but Stumbleupon is not listed there. If I checked Tools > Add-ons, Stumbleupon is still installed and just not showing. (I wasn’t able to stumble the post.)

So, I reload Firefox, thinking it was the problem, but it got worse, the window seemed to have its code messed up, so I decided to re-install Firefox. But stumbleupon toolbar was still nowhere to find. So, i thought maybe SU’s code messed up, so I uninstalled and re-installed it, but still it did not fix the problem.

There’s one thing different in my Firefox though when I lost my SU toolbar. Firefox’s homepage was Bearshare, and there was on my add-ons’ list. (I wasn’t able to take a screenshot, but swear, it’s there.)

I believed my brother installed it since he was the one who always use Firefox (I always use Google Chrome lately). So, I uninstalled Bearshare add-on, and amazingly, Stumbleupon Toolbar showed up. Cool!
