My US Fiancee Visa Application Timeline

I came to the United States less than 2 years ago to marry an American whom I met in the outsourcing company I worked for in Makati. Below is our K1 visa application timeline which can be useful to people who have been processing the same application. I would love to create detailed descriptions of my experience if time allows it.

    Thank you for this timeline. I am getting anxious because it has been four months and we have not received our 2nd notice of action. Rhea, did you get a lawyer to help you with your papers? I’m just wondering because my fiancee and I just did it by ourselves. I met someone and it took them two years to process the paper. They finally decided to pay for a lawyer and got their papers in 5 months!

  6. Hi Rhea, I have 2 grandchildren in Phillipines and they already have their passports. But we have to get my daughter law taken cared of. My son want to get a finacee visa. Do this process takes long as yours did. And do we follow the same steps as you did.
